A genuine commitment to creating a Culture of Human Potential will come up against resistance, where an individual's private or personal circumstances make it difficult to embrace Think Inspired. Leaders can, if they choose, coach these individuals, but we are rarely a prophet in our own space.
Hence, we believe that any cultural development program .. especially building a Culture of Human Potential, will by necessity need external and individual coaching support.
Most successful, busy people don't think they need a life coach until they hit the brick wall. In offering coaching, we are trying to help avoid such experiences. However, most achievers need coaching at some point in their lives.

What do we do for you?
Sometimes busy people just need someone to talk to, someone to help get things off the chest, to clear up choices and apply the C.E.F.I process. Sometimes our clients need feedback, advice and guidance around a decision, a dilemma or some emotionally charged situation in which they've lost clear perspective.
