You challenged their current thinking re leadership away from traditional western perspective
some needed the structure of the slides to help them put into perspective. It also reassured them that you would come back and tie it together all really related to 'frustras', applying to them developing their teams enjoyed the tangential info re earth, water, air etc
A number said they hadn't been so engaged in a session like that before - order and chaos was a strong take out too

"Your work couldn't have been more relevant yesterday as we (mostly me) had an "emotional" blip when our collective actions weren't utilizing the Laws of Nature and some of us, again mostly me, rescinded to being disturbed that others weren't seeing balance in a situation. The truth of the matter is it was I who was reacting to others reacting (quite a useless waste of energy as you know). However, now that I have "4 columned" the experience I am better situated to go back to a colleague and ask some questions that will be bettered served in helping us come to a shared understanding of how things became misaligned.
